Rose Marie Laue

Rose Marie Laue, 82, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away October 8, 2018 peacefully at her home. She was born on March 10, 1936 in Greenleaf, Kansas. Daughter of Joseph Perott and Alberta Poutre Perott.

Rose graduated from Greenleaf High School and went on to work as an Officer at Highland Park/ UMB Bank from 1968-1994. She loved to crochet and read books. Rose also would always have beautiful potted plants and flowers at her house that she would make sure were in tip top shape. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them every chance she got.

Rose was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Topeka for many many years.

Rose is preceded in death by both of her parents; an infant son, Christopher Laue; a brother Joe Perott; and a sister Lavon Lynch.

She is survived by her son, Lee (Anita) Laue of California; two daughters Lisa (Dave) Reser and Lori (Theodore) Wright both of Topeka; a brother, Melvin (Linda) Perott of Topeka; ten grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Brennan Mathena Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with rosary to be prayed at 6:00 p.m.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Christ the King Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow in Greenleaf, Kansas at Sacred Heart Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
