Jesse was born in Topeka on February 29th, 1928 the son of Rosendo Anguiano, SR and Andrea Segura . He was a Union Street Construction worker for 20 years and a Sanitation Truck Driver for Approximately 15 Years. Jesse enjoyed watching Court TV, old westerns like, Bonanza, Gunsmoke and The Rifelman and he never missed the game show Jeopardy.
He married F. Josephine "Jo" Bayless August 17, 1948 in Topeka. She preceded him in death on July 3, 2010. He was also preceded in death by seven children, his parents, two brothers and one sister. He is survived by one son, Jesse Anguiano, four daughters, Tanya McCall-Cramer, Josephine “Jody” McGhee (Glen), Amy Ortiz (Ed), and Kimberly "Kim" Anguiano (Butch Porter): three brothers John Anguiano, Feliciano Anguiano and Victor Anguiano (Linda). Twelve grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren also survive.
Graveside Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Auburn Cemetery, Auburn. If needed contact the funeral home for directions to the cemetery.
In lieu of Flowers, the family suggests contributions to Jayhawk Area of Aging, Meals on Wheels or to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Ave. Topeka, KS 66603. The family would also kindly request no food.
