Anne Elizabeth (Sisson) Casey, 70, of Topeka, died September 8, 2016 at the House at Midland Care. She was born in Binghamton, New York on November 8, 1945 the daughter of Fred and Margaret (Webb) Sisson. She was a graduate of Cornell Nursing School. Anne was an LPN for over 40 years. She worked at Memorial Hospital and for various nursing homes. She loved her family, enjoyed traveling, and never knew a stranger. Anne was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church. She married Joe Willmon in Topeka and he survives of the home. She is also survived by her children, Tom (Holly) Casey, Shayne (Cindy) Casey, Patrick Casey, and Anthony (LeAnne) Casey, step children, Tom (Tori) Willmon and Wendy Nolan, and her siblings, Fred (Terri) Sisson, Ceil Davey, Webb (Linda) Sisson, and Jim (Donna) Sisson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Bayli, Aubrie, Britany, Justin, Cameron, Landrey, Cameron, Cierra, Hillary, Katelyn, and Gionna, and her great grandchildren, Kaedyn, Brielle, Korben and Skye, and her life-long friends, Lois Carr and Marge Twidwell. She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Leslie Casey and a grandson, Zachary. Anne will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Sunday where a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 5:00 p.m. followed by family receiving friends from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 27th and Virginia, Topeka, Kansas. Interment will follow in Rochester Cemetery.
