Maria JoAnn Strouth

Maria JoAnn Strouth, 6 day old infant daughter of Nicholas Strouth and Brittany Carpenter, died on September 2, 2016 at Stormont-Vail Hospital.

She was born on August 27, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital.

Maria is survived by her parents, Nicholas and Brittany, and half sister, Gabriella Strouth and half brother, Izaiah Strouth, grandparents, Tom and Cheryl Strouth, and Donnie Carpenter, and great grandparents, Gary and Martha Hooper and Roberta Carpenter.

Maria will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Thursday after 9:00 a.m. where the family will receive friends.  A rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. and funeral services will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Penwell-Gabel Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, Kansas   66603 to be designated by the family at a later date.
