Patrick "Pat" Jones

Patrick “Pat” Jones, 51, of Topeka, died August 24, 2016 at his home.  He was born in Topeka, Kansas on May 26, 1965 the son of Floyd Wayne and Judy (Kitchell) Jones.  Pat married Tina Hernandez in Topeka, Kansas on June 20, 1987.  He enjoyed outdoor projects, trips to Menard’s, camping and being with family and friends.  Pat also enjoyed working with his hands to improve the lives of his family.  He is survived by his wife, Tina, his children, Tricia Elder, Heather (Brent) Eisenbarth, R.J. Jones, his siblings, Cindy (Joe) Cook, Tim Jones, Gary (Chasity) Jones, Chris (Charlie) Martin, mother-in-law Rose Hernandez (Chris Cooper), father-in-law Raymond Hernandez, and brother-in-law Anthony (Carol) Hernandez.  Pat was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law Raymond Hernandez, Jr., and grandparents Fermin and Pauline Llamas.  The family will receive friends and family from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., on Monday, August 29 at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.  A Celebration of Life service will follow at 6:30 p.m.   Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, Kansas   66603.
