Margaret A. Dugan, 77, of Topeka, KS died Friday, July 22, 2016 at Manor Care of Topeka. She was born the daughter of Albert and Margaret (McHale) Fee on October 7, 1938 in Nantucket, MA. Margaret worked in the cosmetic department and spent a short time in the fragrance department at Macy’s. At the time of her retirement she was the longest employed employee. She also worked at Dillard’s and The Jones Store. Margaret volunteered at Saving Death Row Dogs. She married Edward L. Dugan on February 15, 1966. He preceded her in death on February 1, 2014; she was also predeceased by a daughter, Debbie Eaton and a sister, Marie Sullivan. Survivors include three daughters, Diana Rodriguez and her husband, Richard of Topeka, Lisa Cross and her husband Tracy of Oskaloosa, Peggy Stansell and her husband Scott along with a son, Ken Eaton all of Topeka. Eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive. Margaret was cremated. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2016 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 801 SW Westchester Rd, Topeka. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home or Heartland Hospice Care sent in care of the funeral home, 800 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66603.
