Terrance "Terry" Fennell

Terrance “Terry” Fennell, born November 11, 1942 of Topeka, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Fairlawn Heights Assisted Living.  He was the son of Cletus and Pauline Fennell of Topeka. They preceded him in death.  Terry graduated from Hayden High School in 1959. He had worked at Pore Richard’s Restaurant as a chef for many years as well as other culinary establishments until his retirement.  A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at Assumption Catholic Church on Thursday at 1:30 P.M. Visitation will precede the funeral at the church from 1:00 P.M. until 1:30 P.M.  Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.  He leaves behind several friends along with his former wife Cindy (Fennell) Porter Dieker who has remained friends since their divorce.  Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Atchison Valley Hope Inpatient Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation sent in care of Brennan Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66603.  Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.brennanmathenafh.com.
