Eric Michael Crosby

Our family treasure, Eric Michael Crosby, beloved child of God, died on November 5, 2015. He entered this world on September 24, 1979, in Topeka, KS, to his loving parents, Michael Patrick and Jane Frances (Booth) Crosby. He was a graduate of the class of '98 from Seaman High School and had proudly earned the distinctive honor of Eagle Scout. Eric received the sacraments regularly at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. As an avid animal lover, Eric devoted much of his time to his dogs, Gus and Siete, both of whom he greatly cherished. Eric is much loved not only by his parents, but also by a sister, Erin (Bernie) Thomas of Champaign, IL, a brother, Eben Crosby of Holton, KS, and an abundance of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. His professional work included construction and remodeling with various companies including Topeka Metal Specialties, as well as work in windmill assembly at Michel's. Eric's family will be receiving friends at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church on Thursday, November 12th beginning at 9:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will commence at the church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Rochester Cemetery. To honor his wishes, the casket will remain closed so that friends and families may focus on their happiest memories of Eric.
