Walter "LeRoy" Bosch, 74, of Topeka, died October 21, 2015 at Stormont-Vail Hospital. He was born in Topeka, on January 28, 1941 the son of Walter and Lorraine (Downs) Bosch. LeRoy worked as a bricklayer with his father at Bosch Masonry for many years. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, riding rollercoasters, barbequing, and loved watching sports, especially the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas Jayhawks. He was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. LeRoy was very active with events and functions at Hayden High School. LeRoy married Beth Nauheim on July 2, 1961. She survives. Other survivors include his daughters, Pam Heitkotter, Debbie Bosch, and Glenda Tremaine, his buddy, best friend, and only grandson Garrett Jolly, all of Topeka, his beloved nephew Brett Nauheim, great nephew Carter Nauheim, and many other nieces and nephews, and his sister in laws, RoseMarie Vobach, and Carolyn Nauheim. LeRoy will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Tuesday where a parish rosary will be prayed at 5:30 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Hayden High School and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66603.
