Angela Marie Gonzales

Angela Marie Gonzales, 36, of Topeka, died August 16, 2015 at Stormont-Vail Hospital. She was born in Topeka, Kansas on December 7, 1978 the daughter of Bobby Gonzales and Anna Martinez. Angela wrote poetry and enjoyed music and watching wrestling. She is survived by her mother, Anna Martinez, step-father, Frank Hernandez, her son, Aeric Jordan Anthony Peterson Gonzales of Topeka, three sisters, Dee Anna Hernandez of Wichita, Brook Collins of Phoenix, AZ, and Marcie Hernandez of Ordway, CO, and her half siblings: Audra Gonzales, Alexis Gonzales and Amanda Gonzales of New Mexico, Sunnie Helmer of Kansas City, MO, Heath Helmer of California, and Jeremiah Gonzales of New Mexico, her grandmother, Theresa Espinoza of Ordway, CO, eleven nieces, nine nephews, and one great niece, and her significant other, Tiffany Ray. She was predeceased by her dad, Bobby Gonzales, grandpa Raymond Martinez and uncle Joe Martinez. Angela will lie in state at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 12:00 noon at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Cremation will follow.
