Peggy Patrica Belter

Peggy Belter, 90, of Topeka, died July 14, 2015 at The House at Midland Care. She was born in St. Joseph, Missouri on August 9, 1924 the daughter of Charles and LaVada (Ueligger) Branson. Peggy is survived by her children, Lizbeth Griffiths (David) of Leesburg, Virginia, Lynn Belter of Dallas, Texas, Lee Belter (David Johnson) of Topeka, John Sweet of Topeka, a granddaughter Sunshine Tomlin (Mike), and her great-grandchildren Alexis Natoli and Noah Tomlin. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jacqueline Blotz. Peggy was cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
