Catherine Miller, 98, of Topeka, Kansas, died January 15, 2015 at Lexington Park. She was born December 5, 1916 in Blaine, Kansas, the daughter of Robert and Bridget (Hudson) Minihan. Catherine was a very sweet lady who enjoyed life to the fullest with her family and her faith always at the center. She was "Grandma Miller" to so many who knew her and was known as the 97 year old still riding a three-wheel bicycle to the neighborhood grocery store. She was a homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She married Nicholas C. Miller on May 23, 1938 at St. Columbkille's Catholic Church in Blaine, Kansas. He preceded her in death on February 11, 1992. She is survived by her adopted son, Michael (Peggy) Miller of Topeka, her three grandchildren, Craig Miller of Prairie Village, KS, Jeff (Kim) Miller of Ottawa, KS, and Debbie (Marc) Tanking of Topeka, twelve great-grandchildren, and her sister, Veronica Grieshaber of St. Marys, KS. Catherine will lie in state at Sacred Heart Church from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday where a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 3:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. on Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
