Linda D. Finan

Linda D. Finan, 65, of Topeka, KS died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Stormont-Vail Hospital. She was born October 8, 1948 in El Dorado, Arkansas the daughter of Angel and Patsy (Askew) Cobos. Linda married Carl "Woody" Finan, Jr. on July 21, 1967 in Topeka. He preceded her in death on October 9, 2005. Survivors include her two sons, Angel Joseph (Marsha) Finan and Jackie Roy (Sarah) Finan all of Topeka, and her siblings, Cecilia Penner of Topeka, Mary Parsley of Texas, Patrick (Linda) Cobos of Topeka, and Debbie Morris of Centralia, Ks. Six grandchildren also survive. She will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home after 2:00 p.m. Sunday where the family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
