Brian lee Powell

Brian Lee Powell, 37, of Topeka, Kansas died July 24, 2014 at his home. He was born August 16, 1976 in Topeka, Kansas the son of Josephine Andrea "Jody" Anguiano. He enjoyed riding his bike, watching TV and especially collecting keys. Brian is survived by his parents, Glenn and Jody (Anguiano) McGhee, a brother Brad Powell and his wife Tyne, his nieces, Jaiden and Makayla, a nephew, Jordan Powell, and his family. He will lie in state after 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Auburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66603 to assist his family with expenses.
