Esperanza Maria Alvarez

Esperanza M. Alvarez, 94 of Topeka, KS formerly of San Bernardino, CA died June 21, 2014 at Aldersgate Village. She was born October 11, 1919 in Pirtleville, AZ the daughter of Jose and Natividad (Flores) Chavez. Esperanza was a seamstress and worked in the fruit orchards when living in California. She married Edward Alvarez on May 31, 1958 in Riverside, CA. He survives. She is also survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Alvarez of Topeka and a sister, Mary Garcia of Riverside, CA. Esperanza has been cremated. There will be a graveside service at a later date at Green Acres Cemetery in Bloomington, CA.
