Victoria Caroline Jensen, 65, of Topeka, KS died May 22, 2014 at Stormont-Vail Hospital. She was born March 29, 1949 in Quinter, KS, the daughter of Victor and Caroline (Billinger) Wittman. Victoria worked for over 30 years at the State of Kansas Insurance Department retiring in 2011. She was a member of Daughters of Isabella Little Flower Circle #503. She enjoyed needlepoint, cross stitching and was a Denver Broncos fan but what she held most dear to her heart were her grandchildren. She married Richard Jensen on November 28, 1970 they later divorced. Survivors include her daughters Heather (John) Ashley of Hoyt, Angela Jensen of Topeka, her mother, Caroline Wittman and a sister, Theresa Wittman, both of Topeka, a brother, Eugene (Patricia) Wittman of St. Louis, MO. Four grandchildren, Austin Ashley, Ethan Ashley, Mason Ashley and Dalton Jensen also survive. She was preceded in death by her father, Victor Wittman on March 13, 2006. The Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.at the Church. Inurnment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery. The extended family would like to express their gratitude to Victoria's daughter, Angela, for all the special care and love that she has provided.
