Anibal "Junior" Acosta-Castillo, 30, of Topeka, died May 7, 2014 in Topeka, Kansas. Anibal was born on June 19, 1983 in Hidalgo, Mexico. He worked as a roofer for J.B. Turner Roofing and Sheetmetal. He enjoyed spending time with his family and dogs at the lake where he also enjoyed camping and fishing. He married Nidia Guadalupe "Pia" Martinez on February 10, 2007 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include his children: Osvaldo Acosta, Josue Anthony Acosta, Eduardo Acosta, Gonzalo Castillo, 2 step children: Yadira Camacho-Martinez and Britney Martinez, a brother, Marco Reyes all of Topeka, his mother Antonia Bautista-Castillo of Mexico, and his father and mother in law, Angel and Ignacia Martinez of Topeka. A Memorial Visitation will be held after 2:00 p.m., Sunday, at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. A rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
