Juan Pablo Solis

Juan "J.P." Pablo Solis, 29, of Topeka, died September 5, 2013 at Stormont-Vail Hospital. He was born in Topeka, Kansas on September 2, 1984 the son of Isaias Solis and Dina Garcia. J.P. was a longtime employee of Boss Hawg's barbecue restaurant and Pigskins sports bar in Topeka. He is survived by his wife Laura Ortiz and three children, Arianna, Miguel and Juan Solis all of the home, his parents, Isaias and Dina, brothers, Marco and Jesus Solis and sisters, Alicia Solis, and Elizabeth Ortiz and his grandparents, Hector and Consuelo Solis all of Topeka. He is also survived by a sister Sandra Solis of Mayetta. J.P. will lie in state at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Monday after 4:00 p.m. where a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
