Sharron Kay (Moore) Daniels

Sharron Kay (Moore) Daniels age 72 of Topeka, KS passed away on 8/17/2013. Sharron was born in St. Joseph, MO to Dorothy E. Cottam and William Thomas Moore, both deceased. She graduated from Lafayette High School in 1959 and worked for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for 25 years. Sharron is survived by brothers; Fred Moore and Charles Noland of St. Joseph, sons; Steven Daniels and spouse Melissa of Olathe, Gregory Daniels and spouse Gayle of Topeka, four special grandchildren; Garrett Daniels of Topeka and Tanner, Kaylee, and Ashlee Daniels of Olathe. Sharron was preceded in death by her sister Patricia (Moore) Poage. Sharron also has many surviving nieces and nephews that were all very special to her. The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 PM and a service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday August 24, 2013 at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home 800 SW 6th Ave Topeka, KS 66603 In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
