Shelly A. Conwell

Shelly A. Conwell, 56, of Topeka, died December 10, 2012 at her home. She was born on November 14, 1956 in Topeka, Kansas the daughter of Francis E. and Margaret J. (Hassett) Conwell. Shelly was a 1974 graduate of Washburn Rural High School. Shelly was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She is survived by three sisters, Sherian Conwell-Betz and husband Lynn, RoJene Willard and husband James, and Colleen Biesemeyer and husband Fred all of Topeka, and a brother Kent Conwell and his wife Dawn of Auburn. Shelly was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Duane Francis Conwell who died in infancy and Shayne Conwell who died on March 17, 2008. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14th. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Most Pure Heart of Mary on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
