Carl A. Anderson

Carl A. Anderson, 85, of Topeka, died February 19, 2013 at Midland Hospice House. He was born in Flagstaff, Arizona on April 12, 1927 the son of Arthur Edgar and Mary Elizabeth (Palmer) Anderson. He was a Civilian Supply Specialist for the Federal Government in Warehouse and Shipping for the USAF. He is survived by a brother Don Anderson of Topeka, step children, Harold (Ruby) Erwin of Summerville, WV, Larry Erwin of Ft. Worth, TX, Francis (Virginia) Erwin, Condie (Betty) Erwin and Patty Beason all of Topeka, and his cousins, Emma Dorr of Osage City, KS and Wallace Plank of La Junta, CO. Carl will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Sunday after 2:00 p.m. where the family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Graveside Services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the American Cemetery in Osage City, Ks.
