Mary Louise Gragg Mary passed away on January 21, 2013. She was born on November 28, 1926 to Carl Joseph and Mary Frances (Zelfer) Wistuba of Winchester, KS. Mary graduated from Winchester High School in 1945. She attended St. Mary's College near Leavenworth. She taught school four years in a one room school house in Jefferson County. She came to Topeka in 1950 where she married Ben Gragg that year. She was also employed by Preferred Fire Insurance Co. and the Personnel Division of the State Department of Administration in Topeka. She then raised and cared for her family the rest of her life. She is survived by a son Ron Gragg, daughter Brenda (Mike) Horton, grandson Lee Horton, granddaughter Janel (Brad) Rose & their daughter Jade, all of Topeka. She was preceded in death by her husband Ben in 1984, an infant son and infant daughter, Linda Gragg (1977), Elaine Gragg (1990), and Sandy Gragg (2000). She was also preceded in death by four older brothers; Theodore, Harry, Charles and Raymond Wistuba, all of whom lived in the area near Winchester, KS. They called her "Sis", while friends and family called her "Sally". She was a long time member and supporter of Holy Name, Most Pure Heart of Mary and Christ the King parishes throughout her life, in Topeka. She was laid to rest during a private service at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
