Ronald M. Tinoco, 66, of Topeka, died January 12, 2013 at his home. He was born on May 29, 1946 in Topeka, the son of Victor M. and Lucille M. (Munoz) Tinoco Sr. Ronald graduated from Topeka High School in 1964 and worked for the Kansas Neurological Institute as a Disability Technician. He was an avid Kansas Jayhawk fan and also enjoyed going to the casino. He is survived by three brothers, Victor G. Tinoco Jr., Anthony M. Tinoco, and Rodney M. Tinoco, all of Topeka, many nieces and nephews, and Gail and Vera, his special friends and clients from KNI. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Cynthia Mendoza. Cremation is planned with no services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald M.
