Charlotte A. Dultmeier, 61, of Topeka, died December 20, 2011 at the University of Kansas Hospital. She was born on May 19, 1950 the daughter of Charles Marlin and Imogene (Kramer) Peppard. Charlotte was a graduate of Topeka High School, received her B.A. Degree from Washburn University and her Master?s Degree in Public Administration from Kansas University. She retired from the Menninger Foundation where she was the Administrator for the Children?s Division. Charlotte enjoyed reading, dancing, RVing, shopping, fashion, and watching wildlife in her back yard. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary. Charlotte was also a member of Christ the King Catholic Church where she had served as a Lector. She married Ronald Dultmeier in Topeka, Kansas on August 4, 1984. He survives her. She is also survived by two close cousins, Nick Kramer and Jack Kramer. Charlotte will lie in state after 2:00p.m. on Friday at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. followed by a Parish Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
