Juanita R. Dodge

Juanita R. Dodge, 88, passed away Saturday, March 10th at the Midland Hospice House in Topeka, Kansas. Known as Nita to her friends she was a long time resident of Marywood Apartments in Manassas, Virginia where she enjoyed ceramics, TOPS and all her friends at Bingo. Nita was born in Portsmouth, Virginia July 11th, 1923 and lived most of her life in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. She worked as a switchboard operator for many years at Prince William Hospital in Manassas. She leaves behind her three sons; James Ray Dodge of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Robert C. Dodge of Gainesville, VA and Stephen W. Dodge of McLean, VA, as well as her daughter, D. Susan Rutz of Topeka, Kansas and her brother, Raymond Mise of Canada. Juanita is survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Nita was cremated. Services will be held in South Carolina at a later date.
