Louis C. "Lou" Randall, 57, of Topeka, died Monday, September 26th at Midland Hospice House. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 12, 1954 the son of Edward and Juanita (Brewer) Randall. Lou was a 1972 graduate of Southern High School in Louisville, KY and attended Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY. He served in the United States Air Force. He retired in 2010 as a Sargent with the Topeka Police Department due to health reasons after 25 years of service. Lou was a charter member and Vice-President of the Topeka Kansas Gunslingers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. He counted all GSMC members around the country as his brothers. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and Pi Kappa Alpha. Lou married Denise Koch in Topeka, Kansas on September 13, 1997. She survives. He is also survived by his sister Sharon Briley and husband Ron and their children, Vanessa and Scott of Gardner, two daughters, Tammy Crumrine (Matt) and Chandra Bouton (Nathan), two sons, Joseph Scott (Teresa) and Jacob Scott (Jamie)all of Topeka, and seven grandchildren, Halie, Miles, Vanessa, Melody, Zoyee, Gilbert and Braxton. He was preceded in death by his parents. Lou will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Friday after 2:00 p.m. where the family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 312 NE Freeman. Interment will follow in Rochester Cemetery where the Topeka Police Department will conduct special honors.
