Menina Savannah Wilkerson Jones

Menina Savannah Wilkerson Jones, 25, of Topeka, died June 8, 2011 in Kansas City, Missouri.

She was born in Topeka, Kansas on June 16, 1985 the daughter of Charles Patrick Wilkerson and Joyce Ann Jones.

Menina attended Topeka High School and later received training as a Certified Nurses Aide.  She worked for Lexington Park Nursing Home as well as at other facilities.

She loved collecting videos, and especially enjoyed music and hiking.

Menina was a member of the Maranatha Baptist Fellowship Church where she gave her life to Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her mother, Joyce A. Jones, father, Charles Patrick Wilkerson, one son, Antonio Scott Jones, two brothers, Patrick C. Jones and Michael Eugene Black all of Topeka, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.  Inurnment will be in Topeka Cemetery.
