Ruth Ann McMillan

Ruth Ann McMillan, 63, Topeka, passed away May 25, 2011 at her home.

She was born January 31, 1948 in Topeka the daughter of Casper Peter and Barbara Catherine (Herr) Steinbock.  Ruth Ann attended Sacred Heart School.

Ruth Ann enjoyed collecting bears and was an avid KU fan.

She is survived by a companion of twenty-nine years Harvey “Duke” Jones, Jr., two sons, Richard Paul and Shawne Michael McMillan both of Topeka, a daughter Robin Moore of Topeka, four brothers, Leonard, Bob, Joe and Dick Steinbock all of Topeka and nine grandchildren, Robert William Timmons II, Ty Casper Timmons, Joseph Harin Timmons, Sky Lynn Timmons, Cody McMillan, Evette Willyard, Brittany Fuller, Jimmy Moore, Donna Moore.  A great granddaughter Angelita Klesath also survives.  Ruth Ann was preceded in death by a daughter Kristina Timmons on December 3, 2006, siblings, Vincent Steinbock, Marcella Steinbock, Marie Price and Lucille Becker.

The family will receive friends at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. with a funeral service at 10:30 a.m.  Cremation will follow with private inurnment at a later date in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
