Mary Amelia Newcomb, 91, of Topeka, died October 18, 2009 at Brewster Place.
She was born in Topeka, Kansas on September 21, 1918 the daughter of George Morris and Barbara Margaret (Burghart) Newcomb. She attended Topeka Schools.
Mary was retired from Stauffer Communications in 1983 where she worked in the Insurance Claims Department.
She enjoyed traveling.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Hope Mausoleum Chapel. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum.
Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
