Anneliese Condon

Anneliese Condon, 80, of Topeka, died September 20, 2009 at the Clair Bridge Nursing Home.

She was born in Erlangen, Germany on March 31, 1929 the daughter of Frederick and Margaret (Koch) Neubauer.

Anneliese was a homemaker.  She enjoyed staying up with current events.

Anneliese married George Condon in Maine on February 14, 1948.  He was a career military man in the U.S. Air Force and they met while he was stationed in Germany.

She is survived by a son Steve Condon and his wife Carol A. Davis of Topeka, a daughter Suzanne Condon, and three sisters, Elfreda Urban, Gretchen Rabensburg and Martha Hartner all of Germany.

Anneliese will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Wednesday from 9-11 a.m.  Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  Graveside services will be conducted at Ft. Leavenworth National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
