Marsha Rae Lee

Marsha Rae Lee, 56, of Topeka, passed away Friday, June 13, 2008 at her home.

She was born February 12, 1952 in Topeka, the daughter of Wilbur L. and Albina Margaret Pechanec Lee.  Marsha was a graduate of Highland Park High School.

Marsha enjoyed spending most of her time with her grandchildren and family.

She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church.

Marsha is survived by; a daughter Lori A. Beck of Topeka, two brothers, Gary Lee of Topeka and Donald S. Lee of North Richland Hills, TX, three sisters, Carla Spicka of Topeka, Marla Hathcoat of Topeka and Susie Lee of Potwin and many nieces and nephews.  Marsha was a loving grandmother to Megan, Rachel and Michael.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Michael.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Matthew Catholic Church.  Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.  Marsha will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home where a Prayer Vigil Service with Rosary will be at 6:30 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Helping Hands Humane Society and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Ave., 66603.
