Robert G. Sepulveda

Robert G. “Bobby” Sepulveda, 59, of Topeka, died May 22, 2008.

He was born in Killeen, Texas on September 1, 1948 the son of Joel and Esther (Valdivia) Sepulveda.

Bobby was a veteran of the Army working as a Special Forces Dog Handler. 

He was a dental technician for Heumann Dental Lab.

He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.

Bobby married Ibolya “Ibi” Bodola in Topeka, Kansas on March 3, 1973.  She survives.  He is also survived by two sons, Robert Sepulveda Jr. and Daved Sepulveda; two daughters, Kati Lynn Sepulveda and Sari Sepulveda; three sisters, Yolanda Munoz, Gloria Garcia and Lu Whayne, and three brothers, Richard, Steven and Joe Sepulveda.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Martin Sepulveda.

He will lie in state at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Monday after 4:00 p.m. where a Parish Vigil Service will be at 7:00 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.  Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery with military honors conducted by Philip Billard Post #1650 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
