William R. Mitchell Jr.

William Robert Mitchell, Jr., 61, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2008.

He was born July 20, 1946 in Kirksville, MO the son of William R. and Frances L. Morelock Mitchell.

Bill was a Licensed Mental Health Technician working as a health care advocate for residents of Sheltered Living before he retired.

He is survived by;  his mother Frances Mitchell of Topeka, significant other LeeAnn Shire and her children, Joshua Shire of Las Vegas, Heather Ison of Manhattan and R. J. Patrick of Topeka.  A sister Kathryn Herbruck of San Diego, CA also survives.

Bill was cremated.  No services are planned.
