Kay Frances Sellers

Kay Frances Sellers, 72, of Topeka, died March 22, 2008 at Midland Hospice House.

 

She was born in Topeka, Kansas on January 29, 1936 the daughter of Frank M. and Clara C. “Kay” (Linenberger) Sellers.

 

Kay was retired from the Federal Government where she worked as a Computer Operator for the Civil Service.

 

Kay is survived by her sister, Sr. Barbara Sellers S.C.L. of Leavenworth, a brother W. Scott Sellers and his wife Paula of Buckhead, Georgia; two sisters-in-law, Norma Sellers of Castroville, Texas and Karen Sellers of Alstead, N.H., and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Margaret Sellers Piercy and two brothers, Frank M. Sellers and R. Eric Sellers.

 

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated for Kay on Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church.  Inurnment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

 

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Sisters of Charity in Leavenworth and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena F.H., 800 West Sixth Ave., Topeka, Kansas  66603.
