Marguerite Robert Myzer died April 3, 2007 in Olathe, Kansas. She was born July 6, 1924 in Osage City, Kansas the daughter of Albert and Evona Mathieu Robert. She graduated from Osage City High School in 1942 and attended Dodds School of Business in Topeka. She married Sherman Sanford Myzer on October 9, 1946. She was employed by the Santa Fe Railroad until 1959. She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, St. Michael’s Guild and Altar Society and Top Kan Twirlers Square Dance Club. She volunteered at St. Francis Hospital and for many other organizations. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Joseph A. Myzer and brother Howard Robert. She is survived by her children, Teresa (Thomas) Baldwin, Cynthia (Matthew Lyners, Mark (Therese) Myzer and John Myzer, seven grandchildren and siblings Rosline Fellman, Albert Robert, Laverne Berry and Louis Robert. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. April 9 at St. Matthew Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, April 8, 4:30 to 8:00 at St. Matthew Church where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Matthew Catholic Church.
