Alfred Ramos Cansino

Alfred Ramos Cansino, 87, of Topeka, died October 19, 2022, at Midland Hospice House.

He was born October 28, 1934, in Juarez, Mexico, the son of Salvador and Norveta Ramos.

He married Mary Helen Castellon, on November 9^th, 1964 in Juarez, Mexico.  She died in 2003.

Mr. Cansino worked as a custodian.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by a son, Pedro Cansino of Topeka; grandson, Pete Cansino and wife Alissa of Topeka; great grandchildren, Isaac Cansino, Kaitlyn Cansino, and Ian Cansino all of Topeka; brothers, Jesse Ramos and Lencho Ramos of Juarez, Mexico; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Mary.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. 

The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, to help the family with final expenses.
