Billie M. Coover

Billie M. Coover, age 74, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021.

She was born the daughter of the late Raymond K. and Leota M. (Talley) Kelley on November 14, 1946 in Cherokee, OK.

In her younger years, Billie excelled in sports. She enjoyed bowling, playing softball on the Westar Energy team and traveling. She retired after 20 plus years with Westar.

On April 6, 1977, Billie married Kenneth W. Coover in Topeka, KS. Together, they shared 44 years of marriage.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth W. Coover; grandson, Kaylor Coover and great-granddaughter, Rose Coover.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 P.M.
