Francisco "Frank" Tiscarenio, Sr.

Francisco “Frank” Tiscarenio, Sr., age 79, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at Stormont Vail Hospital.

He was born the son of Epigmenio “Eppie” and Maria Concha (Rodriguez) Tiscarenio on July 3, 1942, in St. Paul, MN.

He worked for the Santa Fe Railroad.

Frank loved raising and breeding exotic birds. He collected silver coins, enjoyed listening to a variety of music, Mexican food, and planting a garden every year. He was a huge fan of KU Basketball and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Frank is survived by his four sons, Francisco Tiscarenio, Jr., Gino Tiscarenio, Luis Tiscarenio, and Geyermo Barnes; four daughters, Barbara Worford, Ashly Terry, Elena Blackwell, and Juanita Barnes; one brother, Camilo Tiscarenio; two sisters, Catherine Luna and Delores Gonzales. He also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.

Cremation has taken place.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4-6:00 P.M., on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.
