Jessica Marie Cook

Jessica Marie Cook, 33, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021.

She was born in Topeka, KS on August 3, 1987 the daughter of Jerry Cook and Candie Kolbek.

She was a 2005 graduate of Santa Fe Trial High School.

Jessica is survived by her parents, Jerry Cook and Candie Kolbek and also her stepparents, Sherry Cook and Matt Kolbek. She is survived by her son, Caleb Cook, her significant other, Daniel Reid, and her siblings; Jamie Cook, Shaylee Cook, Jeff Cook, Corey Cook, Justin Braun and David Braun.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 29^th at 11:00 AM, at Brennan Mathena Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Topeka Cemetery.
