Linda Sue Droegemeier

Linda Sue Droegemeier, 59, of Lyndon, passed away on January 9, 2023, at her home.

She was born August 21, 1963, in Emporia, Kansas, the daughter of Jimmy Leroy Droegemeier and Sue (Carlson) Droegemeier.

After attending high school in Olathe, she graduated from UMKC with a bachelor’s degree. 

Linda was an electrical engineer at Puritan Bennett, and worked for a time at KanBuild in Osage City.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going to concerts.

Linda is survived by sons, Jonathan Higgenbothom of Olathe, KS, and Jesse Higgenbothom and wife Leslie of Lawrence, KS; boyfriend, Fred Moore of Lyndon, KS; mother, Sue Carlson-Droegemeier of Reading, KS; sister, Janet Droegemeier Stone of Shawnee, KS; and grandchildren, Colt, Emmett, and Bryson Higgenbothom.

She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Jimmie Dale Droegemeier.
