Martin Enrique Estrada

Martin Enrique Estrada, 63, of Topeka, KS died Saturday, April 27, 2019 at his home with his loving family at his side.

He was born in Topeka, KS on January 15, 1956 the son of Jose J. and Margarita A. (Silva) Estrada.
Martin was a 1974 graduate from Topeka High School. He married Cynthia Ortiz on September 19, 1981 in Topeka. Together, they shared 37 years of marriage.

He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He was a huge KU fan, enjoyed being outside, building and fishing. Most importantly, Martin loved spending time with his family, especially his kids and grandchildren.

Survivors include his beloved wife of the home, Cynthia; two daughters, Yolanda Noriega (Patrick, Jr.), Christina Estrada (Bryan Grace) all of Topeka; two sons, Martin E. Estrada II (Jessie), Mario A. Estrada both of Topeka; nine grandchildren, Layla, Luciano, Nathan, Marcelo, Blake, Xavier, Bennett, Adriana & Evan; two sisters, Anna DeBusk (Jeff) and Lucia Ortiz (Ruben) as well as a loving extended family.

Martin was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents and a brother, Jose J. Estrada II.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M., Friday, May 3rd at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Prior to the service the family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 A.M. with a Parish Rosary being prayed at 10:30 A.M. Cremation will follow services. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
