Robert L. “Bob” Clark, 85, of Topeka, died November 14, 2019 at his home. He was born in Oskaloosa, Kansas on February 15, 1934 the son of George and Vera (Morgan) Clark. He was a Lab Tech for the State of Kansas Department of Transportation for 42 years. Bob was a sports fan and enjoyed supporting the K-State Wildcats, KC Royals, KC Chiefs and Washburn Ichabods. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a member of the American Motorcycle Association. Bob married Mary E. (Warders) in Miami, Oklahoma on February 22, 1958. She preceded him in death in 2007. He was also predeceased by his parents. He is survived by a son Paul Clark, a daughter, Christy (Barry) Crawford, and a brother Walter “Pete” Clark all of Topeka and four grandchildren, Todd Crawford, Spencer Crawford, Aubrey Clark and Mason Clark. Bob will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Tuesday from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. where his family will receive friends. A funeral service will start at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
