Roxanna Marie Perez

Roxanna Marie Perez, 20, of Topeka, passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2024.

She was born December 7, 2003, in Topeka. 

Roxanna attended schools in Topeka, graduating from Highland Park High School in 2022.

She has worked at TJ Maxx for the past year and a half.

Roxanna loved the Lord and teaching children’s ministry, spending time with family, shopping, and watching medical tv shows.

She is survived by her parents; Juan F. Perez and Monica Helen (Schutter) Perez, sisters, Diana Carmona (Mark) of Topeka, Jaquelyn Perez of Topeka; paternal grandmother, Eliberta Perez of Topeka; nephew, Elias Carmona of Topeka; and niece, Isabella Carmona of Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Helen Schutter.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 4, from 4:00-8:00 pm, at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 5, at 10:00 am, at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Topeka, KS.
