Ryan James Michael Mendoza

Ryan James Mendoza, age 44, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in Topeka.

He was born the son of Ruben Mendoza and Dianna Lynn Love on July 5, 1978, in Lawrence, KS.

Ryan was of the Catholic faith and was given the confirmation name of Michael. He enjoyed watching football and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders. Hanging out with his friends, playing pool, and hanging out with his best friend, Chris Kirkham made him the happiest.

His hobbies included working on computers, electronics and being active with computer programming.

Although Ryan’s life ended too soon, it brings comfort to know Ryan was welcomed by his Lord and Savior. He will be dearly missed but his impact leaves our heart full.

Survivors include his loving mom, Dianna Lynn Love; Godfather, Michael J. Jaimez; brother, Ruben Joseph Manuel Mendoza; three half-sisters, Melinda Marie Mendoza, Robyn Lee Mendoza, Jade Mendoza. Other survivors include his lifetime friend, confident and mentor, Chris Kirkham; Godmother, Darla J. Jaimez; as well as ten aunts and one uncle.

He was preceded in death by father, Ruben Mendoza; grandparents; one aunt and three uncles.

Cremation has taken place.

A Rite of Committal Graveside Service will take place at 11:00 A.M., on Tuesday, November 22, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
