Scott Perine, age 63, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024, at the Olathe Hospice House.
He was born the son of James and Ellen Mae (Ragland) Perine on May 3, 1961, in Topeka, KS.
On October 21, 1994, Scott married Kristal Lynn Bayless in Topeka, and they shared 22 years of marriage. Kristal passed away on January 13, 2017.
Scott entered the family business after high school, working alongside his father and family at R.C. Perine & Sons welding and metal fabricating. In his down time, Scott enjoyed listening to music, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He had strong passion and love for animals, especially dogs and for cooking. His family loved Scott’s cooking and his love for his family was always present. He was a man deeply rooted into his faith and family. He will be dearly missed.
Survivors include his beloved children; daughter, Tiffany Watkins (Robert); daughter, Nikole Perine; daughter, Kelsey Bonuchi (David); and a son, Tanner Perine. Scott leaves behind his cherished grandchildren; Lilli & Lukas Watkins; Renzo & Aurora Watson; and Declan & Keely Bonuchi. Other survivors include his brother, Mike Perine (Peg); sister, Pat Nash (Mike); sister, Lori Bostian (Arlin); and brother, Stan Perine.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Kristal Perine.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 10-11:00 A.M., followed by a memorial service at 11:00 A.M., both held at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home.
