Sharon Lee (Scott) Slusser

Sharon Lee (Scott) Slusser, 83, of Topeka, passed away April 11, 2022, at Oakley Place Assisted Living.

She was born in Council Grove, Kansas on May 23, 1938, the daughter of Vernon Scott and June (Scott) Rishel.

Sharon married Fred Duane Slusser in Topeka on April 12, 1957.  He survives her.  She is also survived by three sons, Kirk Slusser (Jeff), Topeka, Eric (Janet) Slusser, St. Louis, Missouri and Alan Slusser, Topeka; two grandchildren, Paige and Jackson.  She is also survived by a stepbrother, Steve Rishel, Topeka.

Prior to retirement, Sharon was self-employed with her husband, Duane as the owners of D&S Auto in Topeka.  Sharon loved reading, collecting dolls and cookie jars. 

Sharon will be remembered for her love of animals by those who knew her.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
